Markus Helfert (IQ Network Academic Convenor) will deliver an overview of opportunities for academic research in the area of Information Quality. His presentation will be followed by a short presentation from Dr Cathal Gurrin, a postdoctoral researcher in Dublin City University. Cathal will give an example of how poor quality information can impact on cutting edge technology projects based on his experiences in the Centre for Digital Video Processing in the School of Computing in DCU. |
